As founder of Mathieson & Co., a boutique ad agency in Sarasota, Florida, DiBernardo created ad campaigns, branding concepts, and copy content for national and international companies like Yazigi International, Trident Shipworks, and Nautilus. Prior to that, she worked in the advertising departments of Chris-Craft and Donzi Marine. She returned to Buffalo NY in 2000, the same year her brother Van left DKNY due to complications from MS. Her witness to Van's condition when exacerbated by heat would result in the first Coolture prototype. Upon learning that 133M Americans are compromised by heat due to chronic conditions, Luanne turned a sibling endeavor into a brand. Engaging social-minded partnerships, Luanne upholds an ideal in both customer service and product that is on par with the Coolture "Made-in-the-USA" brand.
Dr. Thomas P. Stewart partnered with Coolture™ in 2011, bringing 30 years of science and leadership to the launch of this innovative brand. After 12 years as President & CCO of Gaymar Industries, the global medical device company he helped grow for 30 years, Dr. Stewart turned his medical focus to the streets – to improving physical endurance for anyone compromised by heat. During his tenure in the medical device industry, Dr. Stewart also served as VP of Clinical Affairs, R&D, Operations, and Sales & Marketing. He holds five patents in cooling technology, with one pending, and has extensive experience in marketing new medical device technologies. Dr. Stewart's proven abilities in science, marketing, and industry assures a continually-building pipeline of innovative patented constructions and technology, placing Coolture ahead of the curve in cooling apparel and products.

Van designed shoes for Unisa and DKNY before Multiple Sclerosis (MS) commanded his attention. After years of succumbing to the side effects of chronic illness, which became worsened when overheated, Van combined his intimate history with both design and disease to create a lifestyle cooling solution that excludes no one; premium cooling apparel for a new generation of user. His instinct for trend and forecasting is steered by his desire to improve quality of life, to maximize human performance, and to assure comfort and style. Understanding that everyone benefits from cooling core body temperature, Van continues to design and develop new concepts in cooling apparel. He is a dedicated supporter to many warriors of chronic illness, and maintains that everyone be allowed the choice to wear, and benefit from, intelligent design.
